"My first impression of this CD was that there was a very strong and undeniable presence of good chemistry going on in this group. As you listen, the realization comes jumping out at you that the prevailing strength of this group is the range of vocalist Tony Harnell (TNT). The support given by Guitarist Mark Reale (Riot)), Bassist Bruno Ravel (Danger Danger) and Drummer John O' Reilly (Rainbow, Blackmore's Night) allow Harnell's vocalizations to be given a very powerful, driven and focused push to it's potential. The guitar is nothing short of spectacular as Reale is able to furnish whatever type of playing the moment calls for whether it be roaring, crunching and dominant or toned down, soft and intricate acoustic pickings. The superb, soaring and melodic vocals of Harnell in turn support the excellent musicianship throughout. A marvelous partnership of talent. Power/Pop/Metal ballads or balls to the wall rockers are pushed to the very limits of potential on every track. No surprises here, just damned good Rock n' Roll!" -MuzikMan/September 22, 1999.

The above is just one of the countless positive reviews Westworld received after the release of their self-titled debut in 1999. In fact you would be hard pressed to find any negative words thrown in this band's direction. Critics and fans alike agreed that this was one hell of an album and will likely become a classic.

Hot on the heels of "Westworld" comes a brand new disc from this Supergroup entitled "Skin". Combining the best elements of seventies, eighties and nineties hard rock and turning it into something fresh, this album ignites right from the start. The title track "Skin" explodes with a dark elegant fury immediately setting the standard for the album that lies ahead. Musically eclectic and lyrically intriguing, this album is intelligent, heavy and beautiful. An impressive leap forward from the first release, Westworld shows a passion and maturity equal to that of classic groups like Led Zeppelin, Queen and Aerosmith, yet bridges the gap to bands like Alice in Chains and Soundgarden. Utilizing a raw, live sounding production sprinkled lightly with aggressive, modern studio sounds, "Skin" has a timeless quality that should appeal to hard rock fans of all generations.

Initially a brainstorm of the band's co-producer Paul Orofino, New Yorkers Harnell, Reale, Ravel and O'Reilly came together as a one off project and quickly became a dedicated band. Now, with the addition of world-renowned electric violinist and Keyboard player Mark Wood they have put together something extraordinary to say the least.

In a time when radio and MTV are playing nothing but candy coated teenie pop, Westworld is a welcome breath of fresh air.
